We are delighted to offer this 12-month Secondment into our award winning Integrated Pharmacy Hub. We are a friendly team, based at Regent Point who support local patients and GP practices.
Key responsibilities of the role include solving medicines related problems, making changes to the patient’s primary care record, issuing medicines and talking to patients about new/changed medicines.
