We are recruiting for a part time post of 6hrs 15mins per week to provide 1-1 mentor  support to trainees in cervical screening in the North East and North Yorkshire region.

Do you enjoy one to one teaching?

Do you have an understanding of the dynamics of working and teaching in Primary Care?

Are you enthusiastic and have good communication skills?

Are you a RGN with recent experience as a trained sample taker who is working or has recently worked  in Primary Care?

Trainee sample takers undertake theoretical training followed by a period of supervised and unsupervised sample taking within their work environment. You will  travel to mentor your trainees generally within your local geographical area. You would be joining a network of cervical screening mentors from  the region with support from our central training office based in Newcastle.
